For franchises

Every location.One standard.

market against market, what's working in one and it to the rest — paused until the local manager says go.

Location by location

Your org chart, built in.

A workspace per location

Each market gets its own workspace and its own connections — ads, analytics and, once Google approves it, Business Profile.

Seats that see their markets

Regional managers see their markets and only the platforms you grant. HQ sees everything.

One chat, every market

“Anything urgent across locations today?” One question answers it, then ships the PMax and Search fixes market by market. No per-account logins.

HQ sign-off

Local speed. HQ control.

The franchise agreement, enforced in software. Locations move fast; HQ signs off.

01

Local asks

A market needs a budget shift, a seasonal campaign, a fix for a slipping keyword — proposed from its own live data.

02

HQ sees it first

Every change shows exactly what moves and waits for a sign-off. The risky ones ask twice.

03

One record

Every action in every market lands in the same place — who asked, what changed, when.

Local + AI search, per market

Win the map — and the AI answer — in every market.

Weekly local rankings per market: map-pack position, rating and review count, next to how each location shows up in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. When a market slips, the fix is drafted and shipped from the same workspace. Every location's workspace includes one tracked keyword across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews; packs of 10 more are $25 a month per location.

  • Local pack position, rating and reviews per location
  • Business Profile reviews, posts and photos — as soon as Google's approval lands
  • AI-answer visibility, tracked city by city

In their words

The part they didn't expect.

“Wow. It's the first time I truly understand what is going on in our marketing campaigns with such detail.”
— GL · Marketing Manager
“I just cleared my weekly account checklist by 11am on Monday. I might have to find some new clients to stay busy.”
— EC · Agency Owner
“I audited our site and fixed 3 issues on Search Console and Key Events missing in Google Analytics that I did not know were missing.”

Fair questions

Our franchisees run their own marketing. Does HQ take that over?

No. Each location keeps its own workspace and its own accounts. HQ sets the standard, sees every market on one screen and signs off on what changes. It doesn't have to run a single campaign.

We can't hand an AI two hundred ad accounts.

You don't. Nothing acts on its own: every change is shown as an exact before-and-after, someone approves it, the risky ones ask twice, and new campaigns start paused. Two hundred accounts get the same gate as one.

Is rolling this out a migration?

No. A location connects its Google and Meta accounts by signing in — minutes, not a project. Bring markets on in waves, starting with the ones that need it most. Nothing leaves the platforms; Offloda reads and writes to them where they are.

Our POS and CRM are the system of record.

They stay that way. Offloda sits on the marketing layer — ads, local search, AI-answer visibility — not on bookings or transactions. Nothing in your operations stack moves.

Can we manage Google Business Profile per location?

Not yet. Business Profile is built and waiting on Google's approval, and it opens the moment that lands. Today you get map-pack position, rating and review count per location every week, next to how each one shows up in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini — and ads and analytics per market are live now.

We already run local through an agency.

Keep them. Give the agency seats scoped to the markets they run; HQ keeps the sign-off and the record. Or run it in-house — same setup, different names on the seats.

Every market moving. HQ still in charge.
