Connect Offloda to Claude
Bring your whole marketing workspace into the conversation: live ads, analytics, search and AI-visibility data — plus safe, dry-run-first campaign changes — for every brand your seat can access.
What you can do
Ask your data anything
Pull live Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, Merchant Center and Google Business Profile data for any brand your seat can access — predefined reports or freeform queries.
Stage changes safely
Draft RSAs, adjust budgets, add negatives, build campaigns. Every write previews as a dry run first; nothing applies without your explicit confirm, and new campaigns launch paused.
Track AI visibility
Weekly SERP + AI-engine rankings (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, AI Overviews), stored AI answers with sources, share of voice, and GEO analysis.
Reports and strategy
Generate monthly client reports, cross-platform analyses, budget pacing checks, action plans and ad copy — grounded in the same data your dashboards show.
Try asking
- “Pull last month’s Google Ads performance for Clara Clinic and summarize what changed.”
- “Which AI engines cite the brand for its tracked keywords, and what’s our share of voice?”
- “Draft RSAs from our best-performing headlines and create them paused for my review.”
- “Check Merchant Center feed health and list products with disapprovals.”
What you need
An Offloda.ai agency account (owner, manager or operator seat). MCP access is included with every paid seat.
A Claude account — claude.ai (web), Claude Desktop, Claude mobile, or Claude Code all work.
Connected platforms in Offloda for the brands you want to work with (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, …).
Connect in two minutes
The connector URL is the same everywhere — the /mcp path matters:
https://mcpbrain.offloda.ai/mcp
claude.ai & Claude Desktop
- Open Settings → Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector and paste the URL above.
- Sign in with your Offloda account and approve the consent screen.
- Done — Offloda tools appear in every new chat.
Claude Code
Run one command in your terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http \ offloda https://mcpbrain.offloda.ai/mcp
A browser window opens for the same Offloda sign-in; the token is stored locally.
Other MCP clients
Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth (Streamable HTTP) can connect: point it at the URL above and complete the sign-in. Discovery and client registration are automatic — no manual keys.
Built so nothing surprises your live accounts
Every write tool defaults to a dry-run preview. Changes apply only with an explicit confirm; high-impact actions need a second acknowledgement; new campaigns launch paused.
OAuth only — Claude never sees your password. Access is scoped to your seat: your agency, your brands, your platforms. Tenant isolation is enforced server-side on every query.
Reads and writes are separate tools, so browsing your data never triggers a write confirmation — and write prompts always mean a real change is on the table.
Troubleshooting
Claude says the session expired
This happens once after we ship a server update — active sessions are dropped. Just retry your request; Claude reconnects automatically. If it persists, remove the connector and add it again.
The connect button loops back to the sign-in screen
Make sure you sign in with your Offloda agency email (an owner, manager or operator seat — client-portal logins can't connect to Claude). If your browser blocks third-party cookies for claude.ai, allow them for the OAuth popup and retry.
Some tools are missing
Tool availability follows your seat: platforms your seat isn't scoped to (Team → platform access) and capability groups your workspace has disabled don't register. Ask an owner to check your seat's platform access, then disconnect and reconnect so the new scope takes effect.
A tool returns “no active connection”
The brand you asked about has no connected account for that platform. Connect it in Offloda under Connections for that brand, then ask again — no reconnect needed.
Claude asks permission before every action
That's by design. Read-only tools are marked safe; write tools ask for confirmation, and the tool itself previews the exact change as a dry run before anything applies. You can choose “Always allow” per tool in Claude.
How do I disconnect or revoke access?
Remove the connector in Claude's settings (this revokes the token), or from Offloda ask an owner to toggle MCP access off for your seat in Team settings — that blocks new connections immediately.
Still stuck? Write to hello@offloda.ai with the brand and the prompt you tried — we answer fast. Developers can find the full OAuth details at hub.offloda.ai/developers.
Security & privacy
The connector stores no conversation data. Usage telemetry records tool name, status and duration — never your prompts or the data returned. Tokens are scoped per seat and revocable at any time. Found a security issue? Report it to hello@offloda.ai — we acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an API key to connect Offloda to Claude?
No. The connector uses OAuth — you sign in with your normal Offloda account and approve access. No keys are copied or stored in Claude.
Which Claude apps does the Offloda connector work in?
claude.ai on the web, Claude Desktop, Claude mobile, and Claude Code. Any MCP client that supports remote connectors with OAuth can connect.
Can Claude change my ad campaigns without asking?
No. Every write tool defaults to a dry-run preview and only applies with an explicit confirm. High-impact actions (budget jumps, deletes, bidding changes) require an additional acknowledgement, and new campaigns are created paused.
What data can Claude see?
Exactly what your Offloda seat can see — your agency's brands, scoped by your per-seat brand and platform access. Tenant isolation is enforced server-side on every query. Offloda's telemetry records tool name, status and duration only — never your conversation or the data returned.
Is this included in my plan?
Yes — MCP access is part of every paid agency seat. Owners can switch it off per seat in Team settings.
